Position: Sales Maneger (M/F)
Qualification: MBA / BE Civil
Experience: Min 5 Years of experience in Real Estate or relevant area
Salary Budget: - 3.60 LPA
Required Skills- Good communication in English Marathi & Hindi with good computer knowledge
- Prospected leads scheduled meetings and converted targetsinto customers
- Coordinate with the channel partners and customers.
- One of the key membersin the team of Township Codename Blue Waters which has created a
- Have a good knowledge of the new innovationofAurangabadRealEstateMarket i.e. Token System.
- IPO System.
- Proper coordination with CRM for collection and SDR process.
- Maintaining the quality of Service for the companys Goodwill and getting more bookings with the

- Active Participation in project launching and expansion of business
- Handling customer queriesfor better customer satisfaction. Identifying prospective clients
- generating businessfrom the existing clientele to achieve business targets.
