At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Family Partner based in Goldsboro NC who will provide support across Wayne Wilson and Lenoir counties as part of our Mobile Crisis Team.

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Family Partner youll use your personal experience raising a child who has received behavioral health services to connect empower and advocate for families. Working as part of a mobile crisis team youll provide understanding emotional support and practical strategies that strengthen family stability and resiliencehelping parents and caregivers feel supported and capable during their most difficult moments.

This is a full-time position with a flexible MondayFriday schedule including days and evenings to best meet the needs of the youth and families we serve.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate starts at: $18.00 an hour

What Were Looking For

Were looking for a compassionate and resilient professional who uses their lived experience to guide and empower families facing behavioral health challenges. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator skilled in collaboration and dedicated to helping families find stability hope and strength during times of crisis.

  • Bachelors degree in human services field
  • A minimum of two year of crisis experience with MH/DD/SA population.
  • Valid drivers license current auto insurance and a good driving record
