We are seeking aSenior Tax Accountantto join our clients expanding team! This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in public accounting who is passionate about supporting high-net-worth individuals small to mid-sized businesses trusts and complex entities. With strong mentorship a supportive team environment and clear advancement opportunities this position is designed for those who want to grow into leadership roles and potentially achieve partnership!

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex individual trust and business tax returns (S corps partnerships and more).
- Conduct research on tax compliance and planning issues.
- Provide proactive client communication regarding tax positions deadlines and planning strategies.
- Mentor junior staff and assist with professional development.
- Participate in client meetings tax planning and strategy development.
- Stay current on tax law changes and apply knowledge to client needs.
- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of tax experience in public accounting.
- CPA or EA license (or actively pursuing).
- Strong knowledge of individual and business taxation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Relationship-driven adaptable and eager to grow within a dynamic environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary $90K-$110K per year D
- Flexible hours and hybrid work schedule.
- Direct hire full-time position.
- Medical dental and vision insurance (eligible after 60 days).
- 401(k) with employer match.
- 2 weeks PTO 1 week sick time (increases to 3 weeks PTO at manager level).
- 10 paid holidays.
- Paid CPE and continuing education including CPA licensure support.
- Workload capped at 55 hours during tax season.
