  We are looking for aClient Service Supervisorwho can be autonomous in leading a team of Personal Support Workers / Home Support Workers and comfortable providing support to staff and clients.   This is a Full-Time position based at our Huntsvillehead office (Hybrid) servicing the immediate Muskokaregion.

  • You will be responsible for the day-day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community.
  • You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under minimal supervision.
  • You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
  • You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
  • You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.

  Skills needed for success:

  • You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues conduct performance reviews supervise client visits and formulate case management procedures
  • Thorough understanding of all facets of PSW/HSW work and need to be familiar with all aspects of work that the staff would encounter.
  • Highly organized with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Supervisory or managerial experience required.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regulated healthcare professional ie Registered Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
