Were looking for a proactive detail-oriented and highly organizedVertical MarketsCoordinator to join our Global Accounts & Verticals Office a centralized team dedicated to driving dormakabas growth in verticals business this role youll connect and support Vertical Leads and commercial teams across markets coordinate projects and serve as the main point of contact for seamless execution. Youll foster cross-functional collaboration keep reporting tools and planning on track and provide useful insights to guide decisions.

A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks
Coordinate vertical projects and supporting activities across countries and teams.
Track progress and escalate issues to ensure milestones and standards are met.
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and meetings.
Prepare reports and keep stakeholders informed.
Manage documentation data entry and tools.
Handle communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Present regular updates on order intake and pipeline for focus verticals.
Consolidate financial data from ERP and CRM systems.
Support tender processes and global framework agreements.
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills
1 years of experience in an international environment ideally in an operational or commercial role.
Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Structured and proactive mindset with a can-do attitude.
Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages such as German French or Spanish are a plus.
Comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
Bachelors or Masters degree.
Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable.
