In this leadership role youll mentor staff manage budgets ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate across departments to deliver excellent service. Your work will directly support Avestas mission of providing quality affordable homes for those in need.

Requirements
  • College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in managing affordable multi-family housing (LIHTC HUD Rural Development or similar).
  • Ability to travel.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week) exempt position. Pay range is $63000 - $73000 annually.



Work Location

This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Southern region including those in Kittery ME and throughout New Hampshire.
