Requirements:

Journeyman License
Commercial electrical experience to include reading specs troubleshooting lead experience and QA/QC
Pass a federal background check and MVR
Pass drug screen
Have reliable transportation

Starting pay will depend on experience ranging from $26 to $36 per hour.
