Oak Lawn IL Full-Time (5 Days/Week)
Compensation
- $47 per flat rate hour (Based on experience ASE certifications and training)
- $10000 Sign-On Bonus for top-certified technicians

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics maintenance and repairs on Stellantis diesel vehicles
- Deliver first-time-fix accuracy with factory-level precision
- Utilize the latest diagnostic tools software and service equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Accurately document repair work parts used and labor time
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and timelines
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a high-performance team culture
- Maintain a clean safe and organized workspace
- Stay current with evolving automotive technologies through ongoing training
- Uphold the highest standards of safety quality and workmanship
Qualifications :
- ASE Certified Master Technician (Diesel specialization strongly preferred)
- Proven experience with advanced diagnostics and repair
- Strong knowledge of engines transmissions braking and electrical systems
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Must be willing to submit to a background screening
