- To provide effective administrative support for the department completing all activities to the required standard and in a timely manner.
- To assist all other members of the department both executives and non-executives - in the performance of their professional duties particularly by completing administrative support tasks on their behalf.
- To ensure that all callers to the hotel are answered in a professional manner and that their queries are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Organisation of and attendance at hotel meetings and the efficient coordination of all logistical and support activities
- Efficient processing of mail and other written communications.
- Ensuring that all hotel assets and equipment are cared for and looked after.
- Ensure all P&C related policies and procedures are adhered to
- Coordinate with outlets in charges to ensure accuracy of payroll.
- Coordinate with outlet in charges for team members vacation plans
- Assist and coordinate with P&C team for team members vacation tickets etc.
- Assist F&B Manager with reports and presentations.
- To ensure all local laws related to service of food drinks tobacco are adhered to.
- You maybe be required to work in different shifts and maybe be assigned to different outlets in different shifts based on business needs.
- You may be required to work extra hours based on the business demands.
- You may be required to assist the F&B Manager / business by being assigned tasks not limited to the tasks listed here.
- You are required to monitor business trends in the F&B industry/ competition and adapt/come up with new ideas to enhance the offerings.
- Assist in the F&B operation wherever and whenever required.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time.
