Club Millesime Butler (Bartender)

As our Club Millesime Butler (Bartender) at Club Millesime you will play an essential role in being available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations ensuring personalised efficient luxury service is provided to all guests as well as embracing the service culture of Butler service. Other duties include but not limited to:

• Craft and serve premium cocktails wine and beverages with precision creativity and flair.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the bar menu including classic and signature cocktails wines and spirits.
• Upsell and recommend beverages demonstrating a refined understanding of guest preferences and pairing suggestions.
• Maintain a clean organised and well-stocked bar in line with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support bar setup and pack-down including restocking and inventory management.
• Follow and implement all departmental procedures standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
• Demonstrate the Passion for Excellence through serving our guests with flair and professionalism ensuring that their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved.
• Ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and that the Essence of Pleasure is achieved.
• Embody the art of French hospitality through a can do attitude.
• Represent the hotel brand with pride professionalism and attention to detail at all times.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel high-end bar or fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails wines and premium spirits.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills with a warm and engaging personality.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a passion for luxury hospitality.
• A team player who takes initiative and maintains professionalism under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
