Job Summary
IPEX is looking for a customer-focused detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic this role youll manage multiple accounts collaborate across departments and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. Principal Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding pricing delivery technical support and order status.
- Resolve service issues delays and disputes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process and track customer orders via EDI fax and phone using our ERP system.
- Verify pricing terms and delivery requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor back-orders and coordinate with production purchasing and distribution teams.
- Prepare accurate quotations and provide technical support using IPEX resources. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ideally in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skillsboth written and verbalwith a professional customer-first approach.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a desired asset
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues patiently and effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
- Industry experience is considered a strong asset.
