We are now looking for driven self-motivated Sales Representatives to expand our presence across the Canadian market. This is a fully remote commission-only role with uncapped earning potentialideal for experienced sales professionals who want flexibility and high rewards.
What Youll Do
- Proactively identify and approach businesses across Canada
- Generate new leads through calls emails LinkedIn social media and referrals
- Present Appoint Staffings services clearly and confidently
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored outsourcing solutions
- Close deals and manage client follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Proven sales experience (B2B or B2C preferred)
- Experience selling services within the Canadian market is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Access to your own tools (phone internet CRM etc.)
- Existing sales network is an advantage but not mandatory
