Were looking for an experienced Emergency & Critical Care Nurse to join the dedicated team at Peninsula Vet Emergency & Referral Hospital. This is your chance to work at the cutting edge of ECC alongside specialists registrars and highly skilled nurses who are passionate about advancing patient care.

As part of our referral hospital team youll be at the heart of complex high-acuity cases you wont find in general practice.

About the Role

  • Full-time or part-time position with a rotating roster of evenings nights and weekends
  • Leadership opportunities available for experienced nurses ready to step up
  • A fast-paced caseload where no two days are the same
  • Work in a University of Melbourne teaching site helping to train the next generation of veterinary professionals

About You

Were seeking a confident and committed ECC nurse who thrives in a busy referral-level hospital environment.

You will have:

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or higher)
  • At least 23 years of ECC or advanced GP experience
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A positive attitude adaptability and passion for patient advocacy
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning (and maybe even snacks and good vibes!)
