These positions will be filled in accordance with the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association (OCSEA) contract. Internal bargaining unit applicants who applied & were considered for this classification within the past 180 days are not eligible for consideration.
Background Requirements
The final candidate selected for a position will be required to undergo a criminal background check. Criminal convictions do not necessarily preclude an applicant from consideration for a position. While successful applicants are normally brought in at the Step 1 rate of pay for the classification ($22.96 per hour) applicants who at the time of application already possess either the Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) credential or the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) credential may be eligible for placement into an Advanced Step.
