Job Summary
We are looking for a native Japanese-speaking Marketing Specialist to join our Japan team. You will help plan and execute regional marketing activities that build awareness generate demand and support sales growth in Japans embedded software market.
About the Role
Working closely with Sales Product and Global Marketing teams you will assist in running integrated campaigns events and digital programswhile localizing content and communications for the Japanese audience. This is a hands-on collaborative role ideal for someone eager to learn take ownership and grow in B2B technology marketing.
What Youll Do
- Execute regional marketing campaigns (events tradeshows webinars) to support pipeline goals.
- Partner with sales teams to drive demand generation and lead follow-up.
- Localize and adapt global campaigns for the Japanese market to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.
- Coordinate with local agencies vendors and event organizers to support program delivery.
- Track and report marketing performance metrics contributing to data-driven improvements.
- Support marketing content translation and review localized materials for tone accuracy and brand consistency.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Participate in partner marketing activities including joint events and campaigns with OEMs Tier 1s and semiconductor partners.
What Were Looking For
- 24 years of experience in B2B marketing ideally in technology or embedded systems industries.
- Native Japanese fluency and strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Experience organizing events and marketing logistics from planning to execution.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including email social media and paid campaigns.
- Self-motivated collaborative and eager to learn in a global cross-functional environment.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting integrated campaigns across multiple channels (events digital content).
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot or Marketo).
- Understanding of embedded software automotive or enterprise technology markets.
- Basic experience with web CMS tools and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics GA4).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
