Heres what youll deliver:

Greet customers promptly on the phone or in thedealership.

Identify recommend and document service maintenance andrepairs for customers.

Provide repair recommendations and write up repairorders.

Provide accurate cost estimates explaining the natureof the repairs needed.

Manage customers expectations throughout the day andprovide regular status updates.

Schedule service appointments.

Prepare accurate invoices and re-delivery.

Verifywarranty coverage for repairs including base powertrain and extendedwarranties. Ensure all necessary documentation for warranty submission is withthe repair order.

Arrangecustomer transportation via shuttle as needed.

Maintain current required manufacturer training.

Providean extraordinary experience for all customers while working in a fast-pacedenvironment with multiple deadlines.

Performother service-related duties as required by management.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

Youare organized and detail-oriented and enjoy a fast-paced atmosphere and havethe ability to work retail hours including Saturdays as scheduled.

Youhave a current G drivers license with a clean drivers abstract.

Youare fluent with computer systems. Experience with PBS or similar automotivesystem is an asset.

Theability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles is helpful.

Professionalfriendly and customer-oriented with high emphasis on good CSI and sellingcapabilities

Abilityto multi-task and work under pressure.

Provencustomer service skills are prerequisites to promote the department and helpdrive the retention business development and customer service programs.

Relatedautomotive dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
