Job Summary
Summary:
An established Commercial HVAC Service Company is looking to hire a HVAC Controls Account Executive out of their Atlanta office. The company provides HVAC Services throughout Florida and Georgia and is looking to expand their team in the Atlanta area.
Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with contractors engineers and property owners.
* Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
* Perform estimating tasks including calculations for materials engineering software development system startup and subcontractor labor costs.
* Conduct value engineering assessments to optimize cost-effectiveness.
* Manage client accounts and maintain communication with customers.
* Coordinate with various construction teams and trades.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as engineers programmers project managers and field technicians.
* Handle requests for change orders and adjust project scope as necessary.
* Possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical design schematics and specifications.
* Able to assess and inspect mechanical equipment and control systems.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in HVAC Controls Sales generating $3M in business annually.
* Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record.
* Ability to travel to clients daily throughout the area.
* Previous experience cold calling prospecting is required.
