Job Summary

The Math Intervention Teacher is a dynamic and dedicated educator responsible for strengthening students mathematical understanding through targeted intervention programs and small-group instruction. This position focuses on providing direct support to students in grades 48 who require additional assistance in developing foundational math skills.

  • Deliver differentiated small-group math instruction tailored to students specific learning needs.

  • Implement evidence-based intervention strategies and curriculum to accelerate student progress.

  • Use data from assessments and classroom performance to inform instructional planning and monitor growth.

  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and support staff to align intervention with core instruction.

  • Participate actively in the Child Study Team (CST) contributing insights and progress data to support student learning plans.

  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for continued growth.
