Job Title: On-Site Coordinator
Schedule: MondayFriday AM Shift (Weekend & Overtime Availability)
Pay Rate: $19.00/HR

Job Purpose
The On-Site Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the client and the Full Steam Staffing HR Department. This role ensures strong communication employee relations and efficient operational support.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and staffing office.
- Attend daily staffing meetings and fulfill personnel requirements.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor employee performance and handle disciplinary actions when appropriate.
- Manage daily time and attendance including missing in/out reports.
- Process payroll and benefits ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support business development by maintaining a strong working relationship with the client.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and programs.
- Assist HR with investigations employee complaints and EEOC matters.
- Oversee temporary associates and supervise daily activities.
- Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews; provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform daily safety checks and support safety initiatives directed by the Safety Director.
- Track compliance for new hires pay ranges and onboarding documentation.
- Facilitate clear proactive communication with all employee levels.
- Be available for on-call and weekend coverage as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of On-Site Coordinator or Supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in recruiting (temporary & direct hire) payroll benefits administration labor/employee relations and safety/workers compensation ideally in a warehouse or production environment.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred must be able to read write and speak both languages at a professional level.
Reasoning & Leadership Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Strong leadership organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of distribution center operations.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Frequent sitting and computer work.
- Occasional stair climbing.
- Reasonable accommodations may be provided.

- Warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
