Summary:

Define and execute vehicle integration and test activities with systems test and program teams.
Develop and run hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and on-vehicle test procedures.
Maintain test objectives and ensure alignment with vehicle requirements.
Participate in test planning Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) execution troubleshooting and post-test analysis.
Analyze and optimize data review methods and tools.
Understand subsystem interactions and dependencies.
Establish and enforce standards for test planning and documentation.

Requirements:

Level II: Bachelors degree 2 5 years of experience (or equivalent)
Senior: Bachelors degree 5 10 years of experience (or equivalent)
Experience in fast-paced small engineering teams
Background in vehicle integration ground or flight testing
Familiarity with avionics instrumentation software fluid systems propulsion or structures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Familiarity with CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Jira)
Experience with requirements management tools (e.g. Jama Cameo DOORS)
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as a Test Conductor
Experience supporting major technical reviews (SRR PDR CDR)
Knowledge of aerospace configuration control and change management
Experience with hypersonic or air-launched vehicle programs
Experience in technical risk identification and mitigation
Experience with requirements definition and verification for advanced aerospace systems
Active DoD Secret clearance
Programming experience (MATLAB Python)
Advanced experience with CAD Jira and requirements tools
