Salary: | HK$19764 - HK$24701 per month |
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. |
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Clinical Psychology Services to coordinate and arrange projects groups and programs.
2. To provide administrative and operational support in daily clinical services of the department.
3. To help compiling service statistics and preparing program reports.

4. Perform other duties as assigned by Department Manager.
Entry Requirement:
of F.5 / S.5 or equivalent AND
2. Completion of structured departmental training (See Remarks); AND
3. Good command of English and Chinese written and spoken.
Preferred Attributes:
1. Experience in project coordination and research is an advantage.
2. Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word Excel PowerPoint Access & website management.
3. Knowledge of OPAS HAMIS CDARS MiPo and SRS.
4. Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Be energetic creative self-motivated and able to work independently.

2. Applicants who do not meet entry requirement (2) if find suitable will be employed to undergo at least 6 months on the job training including the structured departmental training. Employment may be terminated if the selected applicant cannot pass the examination / assessment after training.
