Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator ensures smooth shipment planning and execution handling carrier communication and schedule coordination while working closely with internal operations teams.

Responsibilities:

Oversee order flow and delivery schedules.

Respond to email requests and shipment inquiries.

Maintain strong working relationships across logistics partners.

Enter and track shipment data using load management software.

Identify workflow issues and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

13 years logistics or customer support experience.

Excellent multitasking ability and attention to detail.
