Hours: 40 Hrs 8a-4p Mon-Fri
Salary Range: Starting rate is $37.00/ Hr

What Youll Do:
Evaluate physical therapy needs of children in the Early Intervention program
Conduct assessments including gait range of motion strength and functional mobility
Develop individualized exercise programs to improve functional mobility
Recommend and train on adaptive equipment to support mobility and independence
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to service planning
Provide training to staff and families on therapy goals and equipment use
Maintain collaborative relationships with families and support networks
Complete documentation including Provider Support Strategies and service reviews
Attend meetings and trainings as required
Ensure safety standards and utilize universal precautions
What You Bring:
Licensure: Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
Experience: Pediatric or Early Intervention experience preferred
Skills:
- Ability to assess and develop individualized therapy plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort working in a flexible community-based setting
Requirements: Valid drivers license reliable transportation ability to lift and reposition up to 25 lbs and physical ability to interact closely with children
