Job Summary

Position Overview
Euronext is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead the development of new features for backtesting and the production and calculation of indices across two core platforms. As part of our strategic expansion you will join an agile team of three specialists integrated within the Index business driving innovation in index development and related analytics.

Working in close partnership with business stakeholders you will manage projects end-to-end from ideation and rapid prototyping to production deployment ensuring that innovation performance and reliability are seamlessly delivered across our evolving data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities include

Drive IT project delivery from definition of business case design of the solution the execution of the project following the project rules of the company.
Drive the stakeholders including Developers Index structuring team Operational team and other IT and data teams to deliver the projects
Work hand in hand with the business owner to frame new ideas into projects
Apply Agile methodologies to manage project lifecycles ensuring iterative progress and flexibility.
Continuously improve project processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Candidate Profile

Technical Skills

3 years of experiencein project management with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in English(mandatory) with excellent communication and reporting skills. Knowledge of French(optional but an asset).
Proven experience in delivering projects within the financial sector(optional but an asset).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira Microsoft Power Point Microsoft Project Confluence Sharepoint).

Soft Skills

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive hands-on approach.
Eagerness to learn and continuously explore new tools technologies and data techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
Comfortable working in a collaborative agile and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
