SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday

Valley Views busy Imaging Department is seeking full-time patient-focused Patient Services Specialists with excellent customer service skills to be the first contact for our patients. Previous Customer Service experience in a medical setting highly preferred.

Responsibilities include providing patients with professional and friendly reception duties; organizing patient flow; keeping Imaging providers and patients on schedule; maintaining patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner; and handling phone calls forthe department techs and providers appropriately. Patient care background and medical scheduling experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent
Clerical: typing filing scheduling computer phone
Exceptional customer service skills required
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Receptionist/clerical experience required
Patient care background and/or medical scheduling experience preferred.
