EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the team at our Home Office in Columbia MO for the SPRING of 2026.

Primary Responsibilities

• Utilize enterprise-scale data skills to assist in data synchronizations and migrations between key financial systems.
• Play a key role in setting up and running a centralized support line function for the technology sales billing function.
• Apply data skills to help write reports develop CRUD functions review code and deploy & document code releases.
• Utilize accounting knowledge to enhance Centralized distribution and Fixed assets system functions.
• Support data visualization and reporting using Alteryx Excel or BI tools.
• Review end-to-end system architecture where SCM meets Finance and help document data models.
• Assist in ERP system administration tasks including User Access Review Licensing & Permissioning and Refreshing & Updating Environments

About You

You will be expected to work within the hours of Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.

What Youre Working With

• Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Information Systems Supply Chain Management Accounting Finance Sales & Marketing Data Science or a related field
• Advanced Excel
• SQL experience combined with BI tools such as Looker PowerBI certifications preferred
• Proficient understanding of financial principles and business processes
• Proactive self-sufficient and detail-oriented using these traits to overcome complex knowledge repositories of ES business processes.
• Azure/AWS Solution Architecture certifications a plus
• You have learned about Agile Project Management methodologies or could quickly adapt to the framework
