Experience & Qualifications Needed:
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work independently
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence professionalism and a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly with the goal of increasing closing ratios and maximizing service sales.
- Consistently follow up with customers for approvals and updates creating urgency and trust through timely communication.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates are conveyed to customers.
- Own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery ensuring every interaction ends with satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track performance metrics like sales totals and closing ratios to drive continuous improvement.
