The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Benefit Administrator due to growth. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing fast-paced industry.
Located in -office at Napletons Oakbrook Terrace Office the Benefit Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the group benefits programs. This position is a hands-on role which provides excellent customer service supports benefit enrollment and ensures compliance throughout benefits and leaves of absence such as FMLA/ADA.

Job Duties:
- Reports to the Director of Human Resources support various employee benefits programs such as group health dental and vision accident and disability life insurance and 401(k).
- Provide outstanding customer service support to internal customers (employees). Assists in Development of communication tools to enhance understanding of the companys benefits package.
- Assist with design and distribution of materials for benefits orientations open enrollment and summary plan descriptions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resource management or related field
- 3-5 years Leave of absence experience
- 3-5 year of Benefits experienced preferred
- Intermediate to expert level skill sets with Excel and Microsoft Office
- A self-starter with a high sense of urgency and follow-through on assigned tasks and projects
- Excellent organization skills and communication skills
- 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
