Senior Analyst, EPM Application Support

Position Summary

The Senior Analyst is responsible for collaborating with technical teams and software vendors to design and configure software applications within the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) module. This role supports both internal and external stakeholders and requires a strong understanding of healthcare compliance and business processes.

Essential Functions

• Demonstrate working knowledge of the Enterprise Performance Management module.
• Manage complex issues and collaborate with team members to resolve support tickets.
• Design and configure software applications in partnership with technical teams or vendors.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes goals and challenges.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate functional requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on application functionality.
• Work with IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements bug fixes and upgrades.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including functional specifications system configurations user manuals and training materials.
• Apply job-specific knowledge while expanding understanding of company processes and customers.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelors Degree required / Masters preferred in accounting or IT related fields

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a shared services organization.

Certifications:
Oracle Certification preferred.

Skills & Abilities

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to perform business math including addition subtraction multiplication division rates ratios percentages and graph interpretation.

Computer Skills:
Frequent use of email word processing spreadsheets databases and presentations. Ability to incorporate both simple and complex functions to support business objectives.

Communication:
Regular use of moderately complex oral and written communication. Ability to train others interact with stakeholders and present to management. Capable of resolving delicate situations and motivating others.

Decisions typically affect the individuals job and may influence departmental operations. Contributions may extend to broader business decisions.

Physical & Mental Demands

• Occasional standing walking lifting (up to 20 lbs) and repetitive computer use.
• Requires various vision capabilities including close distance and color vision.

Work Environment & Travel

• Office and hospital environments; may be exposed to biohazards and require safety precautions.
• Minimal travel required (up to 10% overnight by land or air).
