Our Conservation Programs Heritage and Regulation team is seeking a Senior Manager Governance and Strategy. In this role you will lead the branch that supports the Conservation and Heritage Regulator (CHR) in setting the strategic direction and governance of regulatory performance. You will oversee project teams in developing delivering monitoring and evaluating a portfolio of strategic initiatives ensuring successful outcomes and supporting organisational objectives in compliance and regulatory programs.
You will provide expert advice manage risks and benefits and ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to quality standards while supporting evidence-based decisions.
About You
You bring extensive experience in a senior project management role with a proven track record of coordinating the successful delivery of complex projects and achieving objectives. You have broad knowledge of government operations public administration and budgetary procedures processes and protocols. You are also highly experienced in leading and managing teams fostering collaboration guiding performance and driving outcomes in dynamic results-focused environments.
You communicate clearly manage competing priorities and take a calm solutions-focused approach to complex challenges comfortably navigating policy budgets and performance targets.
