Assist experienced technicians in cleaning servicing and repairing city vehicles and equipment. Learn to use shop tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively to complete maintenance tasks. Help identify and repair mechanical issues on a variety of vehicles from trucks to fire apparatus. Use computer systems to track maintenance repairs and parts used in daily operations. Work as part of a team to maintain a safe clean shop and deliver great service to city departments.
