Job Summary
Emerald Crest 3 Cassia communities has a rare opportunity for an Assistant Director of Housing to join our team and help assist in overseeing our Shakopee Minnetonka and Burnsville locations. As Assistant Director of Housing you will be heavily involved in the daily activities of the community -monitor the delivery of services for our residents assist in developing programs to meet residents needs work on special projects and adhere to policies procedures and regulations. This role required flexibility and being able to travel between Shakopee Minnetonka and Burnsville on short notice. Our ideal candidate has a passion to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors every is our number one priority. Staff are provided with personal protective equipment.
Position Type: Full-Time benefits eligible position
Wage Range: $70000 - $85000 Annually depending on experience

Assistant Director of Housing Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the 3 Emerald Crest communities
- Capable of adapting and traveling between the three locations on short notice
- Provide excellentcustomer service to residents and families the housing department and other departments as requested.
- Plan monthly activities including thecreation of monthly newsletters and correspondence outings and internalactivities.
- Provide administrative support as needed (i.e. move in move out coordination monthly billing tasks resident satisfaction and high level of customer service.
- Assist with marketing of the facility as needed (i.e. tours follow-ups participating andplanning of events.)
- Assume as Interim Director of Housing when Director of Housing is gone (i.e. vacation leave etc.)
- Work on special projects monthly reports and other tasks delegated by Director of Housing.
- Offer support to other departments as needed.
- 1-2 years of senior housing experience preferred but not required.
- BA or BS in Health Care Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Promote a positive team approach in a healthy work environment.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn customized software.
- Ability to learn and adhere to resident rights vulnerable adults and confidentiality.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
