Purpose:
Lead the technological transition in robotic surgery by developing and executing the global strategy for advanced software and hardware solutions in the VELYS Knee portfolio. Reporting to the Downstream Global Senior Marketing Manager you will drive innovation through collaboration with R&D Commercial Supply Chain and Marketing teams while engaging with surgeon customersboth current and competitiveto inform downstream execution and business results.
This dynamic role involves identifying future portfolio needs working across regional markets to maintain competitive leadership and adapting to market trends in a fast-paced environment. Success requires an entrepreneurial spirit an adaptable mindset and a passion for advancing minimally invasive solutions in orthopedic surgery.
You will be responsible for:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $102000 to $177100.
Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.
