Job Title: BIM Manager
Location: Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Overview Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead a team of BIM Coordinators and support low-voltage construction projects. This role focuses on developing high-quality data-driven BIM models for new construction and renovation projects with an emphasis on structured cabling low-voltage pathway systems and communications room layouts. The BIM Manager will ensure accurate coordination constructability and alignment with project standards.
Responsibilities -
Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using Revit Navisworks and Bluebeam

Model and coordinate low-voltage systems in accordance with contract documents BICSI and NEC standards
-
Perform clash detection in Navisworks and coordinate resolutions with multiple trades
-
Work closely with Project Managers and Project Supervisors to meet project milestones
-
Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and established workflows
-
Assist in improving BIM standards templates and modeling best practices
-
Participate in job site walks and field visits to verify constructability and site conditions
-
Collaborate with field teams to validate design intent and resolve discrepancies in real time
Qualifications -
3 5 years of BIM coordination experience focused on electrical or low-voltage systems

Strong proficiency in Revit Navisworks and Bluebeam

Familiarity with AutoCAD (preferred but not required)

Strong understanding of construction documentation and BIM modeling standards

Must have strong understanding of low-voltage pathway systems

Excellent organizational communication and coordination skills
