The Role: Sales Support Executive

As the Sales Support Executive youll act as the backbone of the sales operationensuring processes run smoothly from proposal to delivery. Working closely with Account Managers technical specialists and key partners youll provide essential coordination and administrative support to enable successful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to Account Managers and the wider sales team.
• Prepare accurate quotations proposals and process customer orders efficiently.
• Coordinate between internal teams partners and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with precise and current client data.
• Assist with client meetings presentations and the preparation of sales reports.

About You

Youre organised adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You take pride in being the dependable go-to person who ensures every detail is handled and every deadline met.

Youll ideally have:

• Experience in Sales Support Customer Service or Sales Operationspreferably within Telecoms IT or Unified Communications.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive self-motivated approach and the confidence to work independently or collaboratively.
