Were looking for a Stores Administrator to join a busy manufacturing business in Kirkbymoorside supporting both the warehouse and production teams.
Were looking for someone whos a strong administrator confident using computers and able to quickly pick up systems and processes. Youll need to be organised proactive and comfortable managing a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
As a Stores Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring production order movements using Excel
- Liaising with the planning team to prioritise and communicate production orders
- Printing and distributing production orders and labels
- Registering and managing warehouse documentation
- Investigating and escalating any discrepancies
- Recording stock entries and maintaining accurate inventory
- Acting as the main point of contact for shop floor operatives
- Liaising with office staff to resolve stock queries and verify stock levels
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am-4pm on Fridays with a half-hour lunch break earning a salary at or around .
