Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office home or another remote location. Its a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum were all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons on average three days per week.
What you will be doing

- Accountable for accepting the project definitions scope requirements from the Business Partner to convert into and mobilise a project.
- Plan organize coordinate and lead the project team taking appropriate action where team performance deviate.
- Monitors and controls resources revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all stakeholders
- Manages escalations with stakeholders both internally and with any Supply Chain Supplier/Vendors.

- Degree qualified or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline with chartered status preferred.
- Demonstrated project leadership in delivering a range and variety of complex technical and/or professional work activities/projects using structured programme methodologies covering technical financial and quality aspects and ideally involving business transformations.
- Proven ability to plan schedule and monitor work to meet time and quality targets.
- Experience of leading and working in a global business environment and managing distributed teams selecting appropriately from applicable standards methods tools and applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintains an awareness of developing technologies and their application and takes some responsibility for driving own development.
- Five (5) years of Proficiency in Waterfall Project Management methodologies and familiarity with ITIL frameworks

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines business an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place. Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets we can only progress applications from individualswho are a UK national or in MoD approved cases a dual national.
