Salary:

The position pays up to $35/hour depending on experience.

Role Description:

SRI Telecom is in search of an MxUConstruction Coordinator with relevant project coordination experience to contribute to various cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate will have robust project management skills and coordinate all aspects from design to permitting to build for MxU projects. This position requires a high level of detail orientation strong communication collaboration task-driven mindset proficiency with computers self-motivation and comfort in participating in project calls.

Key Tasks:

Utilize a Salesforce-based online scheduling tool to track hundreds of project tasks.
Assign tasks to internal and external teams using Salesforce.
Monitor and update tasks for your team and provide updates on upcoming tasks.
Alert your team about new task assignments.
Participate in project calls and provide relevant updates.
Assist the construction manager in the field with newly acquired information.
Collect updates from the construction manager and update tasks in Salesforce.
Generate reports on project milestones risks and issues.
Support Specialists and leadership with project coordination.
Communicate with all involved teams to drive project progress.
Manage a large number of projects using an Excel tracker.
Handle data within proprietary software.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Responsibilities:

Project management skills are essential.
Outside Plant Experience
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is required.
Strong cross-functional team coordination skills.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-starter capable of working independently after proper training.
Ability to learn and navigate proprietary software.
