You will oversee the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms public spaces and Heart of the House areas to maintain our high standards. You will guide and support Hotel Cleanliness Experts coordinate daily operations and ensure that cleaning procedures are carried out with care and consistency. This role also includes working closely with Laundry operations to ensure smooth and timely linen availability.

Position Summary

  • Supervise daily housekeeping activities across guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules and room assignments adjusting staffing based on business needs
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to confirm they meet brand standards
  • Support on-the-job training and coaching to maintain consistency in service and quality
  • Communicate maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate department
  • Work closely with Laundry services to support efficient linen flow throughout the hotel
  • Complete daily reports logs and checklists to support accountability and communication
  • Assist the team during busy periods and serve as a hands-on role model

About You

  • Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations ideally in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confident in guiding and supporting others
  • Able to prioritise tasks and solve problems in a busy environment
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and able to lift or move items as required
