ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Campus Recruiter at PEAK6 youll help shape the next generation of Trading and Tech talent that fuels our growth. Youll build real relationshipswith students campus partners and our hiring teamsand create experiences that make top candidates excited to join us. Youll own the full campus recruiting journey from finding standout interns and full-time hires to running programs that give them a true taste of life at PEAK6. Youre proactive organized and always a few steps aheadready to make things happen
What Youll Do
Drive full-cycle campus recruiting for Trading Tech internships and new grad hiring with a focus on high-volume high-caliber pipelines
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates campus partners and internal stakeholders
Own logistics for events interviews and programsensuring every touchpoint reflects our bar for excellence
Facilitate the week-to-week execution of internship programs
Use data to inform decision-making and improve processes
Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience scheduling workflows and hiring outcomes
Partner closely with recruiters hiring managers and interviewers to meet hiring goals and timelines
YOUR EXPERIENCE
24 years of experience in recruiting ideally with exposure to high-volume or early talent hiring
A self-starter mindsetyou dont wait to be told what to do
Exceptional people skillsyou gain energy from talking to candidates and building relationships
Strong attention to detailyou catch mistakes others miss and take pride in clean execution
Analytical thinkingyoure comfortable with spreadsheets and draw insights from data

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills experience and office location. This position also may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to a range of health & wellness benefits enhancing your overall compensation package.
