Contract Support Lead Bromley
Location: Glades Shopping Centre Bromley
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pm
WPSis looking for a proactive and highly organised Contract Support Lead to join our team in is a full-time site-based role supporting the delivery of facilities and property services in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and contract support to the site team
- Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
- Support reporting invoicing and procurement processes
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in a contract support or facilities administration role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
