An exciting opportunity is available to join our innovative performance management team within the Integrated Commissioning function of Childrens Services.
We have an established team which monitors the quality of commissioned (and some in-house) residential settings for children and young people including registered childrens homes supported accommodation and 38-week joint funded placements.
The team works closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure our wide range of providers are delivering high quality services which improve outcomes for Norfolks children and young people and help deliver our shared ambition that Norfolk is a place where all children and young people can Flourish.
As a Contract Monitoring Officer you will contribute to ensuring that Norfolks children and young people receive the best possible services and that services are delivered to the standards expected.

For the role we are looking for someone with a high degree of professional curiosity tenacity flexibility a keen eye for detail an ability to analyse and present complex information and great relationship-building skills. We are ideally seeking someone with operational experience within a residential environment and knowledge of appropriate regulatory frameworks is essential.
