As a Client Retention & Farmer Specialist youll strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals while ensuring financial stability. Youll manage accounts find win-win solutions and deliver value in every interaction. A dynamic role where every day brings new challenges growth and impact!
- Connect with our client base through our ticketing system to deliver quick clear and personalized support.
- Onboard and train healthcare professionals (doctors assistants and clinic staff) via phone and video calls helping them make the most of our platform.
- Build trust-based relationships with healthcare specialists focusing on engagement satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Analyze user profiles and activity to identify opportunities for growth and help each client reach their full potential.
- Provide expert guidance resolve questions and ensure a smooth experience across all touchpoints.
- Maintain and expand your client portfolio through proactive communication and continuous value delivery.
- Act as a true partner for our clients listening understanding and empathizing with their needs to drive success together.
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience delivering training onboarding or client portfolio management through video or outbound calls.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools commonly used in tech environments (Google Workspace Slack HubSpot Salesforce etc.).
- Intermediate level of English with strong communication skills both written and spoken.
