At AWS we are seeking a Sales Specialist in AI-Data to join our local team of experts focused on GenAI and Agentic systems.
In this role youll work alongside our sales and technical teams to help clients transform their businesses through innovative agentic solutions. Youll collaborate with account executives to serve priority large enterprise accounts across various industries throughout Mexico with approximately 30% travel required within the country. Youll maintain regular contact with product managers to stay current on GenAI technology and agentic systems ensuring you can effectively establish executive-level conversations about the business value these solutions provide.
Your success will be measured through revenue generation customer engagement event participation proposal development partner involvement and GenAI ISV solution identification. Key job responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities where GenAI solutions can drive value.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders including technical leaders and business decision-maker.
- Articulate the value proposition of GenAI solutions and demonstrate how they address specific customer use cases.
- Thought leadership through content creation speaking engagements and customer enablement.
- Achieve quarterly and annual goals for engagement activities and revenue attainment.

- 3 years of enterprise software/solutions sales experience.
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related field.
- Solid understanding of AI ML and generative AI technologies.
- Experience with AI agent platforms and autonomous systems.
- Able to communicate effectively in English within technical and business settings.
- Experience with major AI/ML platforms (OpenAI Google AI Azure AI etc.).
- Understanding of data architectures LLMs autonomous agents and AI orchestration.
- Previous experience selling AI/ML solutions
- MBA or technical advanced degree.
- Experience in consultative solution selling.
