Job Summary

PURPOSE OF JOB

The Project Management Sr. Executive is responsible to lead and manage a team responsible for the ATM deployment Process ensuring efficient accurate and compliant processing. The Sr. Exec will be responsible for overseeing daily operations implementing quality control measures and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role aims to ensure that the team meets performance targets and maintains high standards of service delivery contributing to the overall success of the department and the organization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Planning and Execution:

Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets for ATM deployment.

Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Oversee all phases of deployment from site selection to go-live.

2. Stakeholder Management:

Coordinate with financial institutions vendors and internal teams for seamless execution.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates and address concerns.

Manage relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local regulations.

3. Team Coordination:

Lead cross-functional teams including field engineers logistics staff and technical support teams.

Assign tasks monitor progress and ensure accountability.

4. Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate risks associated with site readiness technical installations and regulatory compliance.

Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.

5. Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to deployment standards safety protocols and compliance requirements.

Conduct site inspections and post-deployment audits.

6. Budget and Cost Management:

Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of project milestones expenses and outcomes.

Prepare comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.

Experience:

5 years of project management experience preferably in ATM deployment banking technology or related fields.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with financial institutions and third-party vendors.

Skills:

Strong understanding of ATM Deployment project. ATM hardware software and network requirements.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS office)
