Create and develop new bakery items and seasonal menus.
Manage and train bakery staff for skill and hygiene compliance.
Control inventory minimize waste and monitor cost efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness food safety and equipment care.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years experience as Head Baker or similar role in a luxury hotel/resort.
Strong baking and leadership skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
