About the role and where you will be working:

This role will assist with the Quality Improvement process by providing reports trending and analysisof data from the various electronic systems while working collaboratively with the OperationalQuality Work Health and Safety IT Client Experience and Learning and Development teams toenhance the documentation capabilities for care and services across the organisation.

Well also be asking you to:

  • Develop implement maintain and provide clinical and service reports for Service/Site/ProgramManagers Operations Managers Senior Leadership Executive Board and Board subcommittees utilising Southern Cross Care WAs Client Management and Quality ManagementSystems and alternative data sets as appropriate.
  • Assist in developing and reporting on clinical care and feedback performance indicators and
    goals as required.
  • Provide quality assurance of collated data working with site clinical teams and the Qualityteam to respond toidentified data trends and/or gaps as required.
  • Implement clinical and feedback performance monitoring and analysis to provide timely andactionable data-driven insights regarding emerging clinical care and feedback issues qualityimprovement and organisational risk identification and management.
  • Complete clinical and feedback data reviews to identify and understand anomalies and providerecommendations to relevant staff and/or teams on improvement opportunities.

To be considered for this role youll need:

  • Working knowledge and experience in data warehousing Power BI reporting and Analysis Tooland Data Modelling Knowledge of the Aged Care and Community Care Industry
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health and Disability Industry
  • Experience in Accreditation and re-accreditation.
  • Experience in the National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program
  • Experience in the Australian National Aged Care Classification funding model.
  • Awareness and understanding of the issues legislation standards and practices relevant to theprovision of safe high quality and person-centred care in aged care and disability services
