ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Control Officer/Production Manager to join the team in Truganina this role you will be responsible for multiple checks throughout the repair process and final inspection prior to delivery and return of vehicle to customer. Your daily tasks will include:
- Perform final inspections on all vehicles ensuring all repairs are carried out to manufactures specifications and warranty provisions.
- Carry out road tests and sensor tests where required.
- Access body shell complaints under consideration of the manufacturers specifications and warranty provisions.
- Throughout the day you might be responsible for organising the workshop workflow to achieve quality repairs completed in scope within timeframe.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the Automotive Industry is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail provide a high level of customer service communication and interpersonal skills being able to deal professionally with insurers customers and team members.
- Ability to work in face paced environment and achieve service outcomes.
- Ability to coach and mentor employees whilst driving engagement and culture.
- Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
- Valid Drivers Licence
