Overview:
Madden Industrial Craftsmen a premier staffing agency is hiring a Polisher to join a metal fabrication company in Phoenix AZ. This position focuses on polishing and finishing stainless-steel products for commercial kitchen and food service equipment.

Responsibilities:

Polish buff and finish stainless-steel components such as sinks counters and work tables.
Use grinders sanders and polishing tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect finished products to ensure consistent quality and proper finish.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

12 years of experience polishing or finishing stainless-steel or sheet metal preferred.
Ability to use polishing tools and equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Reliable transportation required.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
