Job Summary
Join our growing commercial flooring team! We are looking for a skilled Concrete Polisher to support projects throughout the region. This role focuses on high-quality commercial concrete polishing and also includes work with fluid-applied flooring systems. Key Responsibilities
Perform commercial concrete polishing grinding and surface preparation
Install and assist with fluid-applied flooring systems
Operate polishing and prep equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment
Travel to job sites throughout Fort Wayne and nearby areas
Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
Experience in concrete polishing or commercial flooring preferred
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs
Reliable transportation to 2020 E Washington Blvd and job sites
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to follow safety procedures and company standards
